Go to commerce.coinbase.com
Click “Sign Up”
Choose “Business” when prompted
Enter:
Business name
Email
Create a password
Verify email (check your inbox)
Coinbase Commerce is non-custodial — you hold your own wallet keys.
Click “Settings” > “Wallet”
Generate or connect your wallet:
Use the Coinbase Wallet browser extension, MetaMask, or any compatible Web3 wallet
Save your recovery phrase in a secure place
Go to Settings > Payment Currencies
Enable:
✅ USDC
✅ PYUSD (ensure ERC-20 support is turned on)
Optionally disable BTC/ETH if you only want to take stablecoins
Go to Payments > Create a Charge
Enter:
Description (e.g., “Pepperoni Pizza”)
Amount in USD
Share the payment link via:
Email
SMS
QR code
Option B: Point of Sale (for in-store)
Open the Coinbase Commerce app or dashboard
Click “Create Charge”
Let customer scan the QR code on your screen
Wait for confirmation (~15 sec for USDC on Base or Solana)
